Exchange and return

In our online store ZaborMarket you can easily exchange purchased construction and decorative products - welded mesh for fencing, decorative green fence made of artificial pine, horizontal and vertical blinds - for a similar product or arrange a full refund if a number of simple conditions are met.
1. General Provisions
1.1. Exchange and return are only possible for products purchased in our official online store or in the company office in Dnepr.
1.2. Exchange of goods means transferring to you a similar model, color or dimensions (if available in stock).
1.3. A full refund means canceling the sale and returning the amount you paid in the same way you paid.
2. Conditions for exchange and return
In order to exchange or return a product, you must simultaneously meet all three requirements:
• The return period does not exceed 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods by the buyer.
• Availability of supporting documents: cash or sales receipt, invoice or printout of electronic receipt.
• Preservation of presentation:
o The product is fully assembled, in the original packaging and without signs of installation (the posts were not concreted).
o There are no scratches, chips, dents, abrasions or other mechanical damage on the surfaces.
o Components (fasteners, holders, blind control mechanisms) are not lost or damaged.
3. Return and exchange procedure
Describe the reason for the request: indicate what exactly you want - to exchange welded mesh, decorative green fence, blinds or another product, or issue a full refund.
1. Prepare a written return/exchange application, in which you indicate:
o Full name, contact phone number and e-mail.
o Order number and date of purchase.
o Name of product, article, quantity and reason for return or exchange.
o Bank card details (for cashless returns) or preferred method of receiving cash (for cash on delivery).
2. Attach a copy of your passport or other identification document to identify the payer.
3. Organize the return of the goods:
o Personally bring the goods to our office/warehouse: Dnipro, Promyshlennaya St., 18.
o When ordering delivery via courier service, pack the product in the original container, indicate the request number and the original order number on the box.
4. Terms of consideration and refund of funds
• The product is checked within 2-3 business days after its receipt at the ZaborMarket warehouse.
• The decision on return or exchange is confirmed by the manager using the contacts you specified.
• Refunds are made within 7 calendar days after the application is approved:
o To a bank card - in the form of a credit without deducting a commission (if payment was made by card payment method).
o Cash — upon personal delivery at the office after signing the return certificates.
o Cashless transfer to the legal entity's bank account — subject to providing the details.
5. Exchange of goods for similar ones
If you wish to exchange welded mesh, green fence or blinds for another similar product:
1. The manager checks the availability of the required item in the warehouse.
2. An additional payment or refund of the price difference is issued (if the new product is more expensive or cheaper).
3. We organize delivery and (if necessary) the departure of the installation team to install the new product.
6. Exceptions and additional notes
• Goods of proper quality cannot be returned after the expiration of the 14-day period, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
• In case of a defect or manufacturing defect, we carry out a replacement without checking the presentation during the warranty period.
• Custom-made goods (custom sizes, colors or non-standard configurations) are not subject to return or exchange, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
